近二十年來，以振動為主要原因造成的惡性事故相繼發生，給國家造成了巨大經濟損失。而且，振動問題目前仍是新投運大機組不能按期並網、正常投運的主要原因，在機組正常運行期間，振動問題連續不斷，影響到正常生產，經常出現機組減負荷和帶病運行的情況，甚至使機組被迫停機處理，這些事故屢見不鮮。本系統基於LabVIEW虛擬儀器軟體平台，對汽輪機振動信號進行讀取加窗，並進行譜分析及自相關分析。LabVIEW虛擬儀器就是在以通用計算機為核心的硬體平台上，由用戶設計定義、具有虛擬前面板、測試功能由測試軟體實現的一種計算機儀器系統。本系統主要完成了對汽輪機振動信號進行讀取，對信號進行矩形窗、漢寧窗、海明窗的加窗選擇，然後分別進行信號的幅值譜、功率譜、相位譜分析及自相關分析，並且具有圖形操作及顯示界面。系統運行結果證明，本系統能夠完成對信號的讀取，並進行三種窗函數及各種分析的動態選擇，並用圖形顯示結果。
